Most people miss the point of generative AI.

Most people miss the point of generative AI.

They see it as a tool.

It's not.

It's a partner—one that’s available 24/7, doesn’t need PTO, and can riff with you like your smartest team member.

But here’s the catch: If you treat it like a glorified autocomplete, that’s all you’ll get.

If you engage it like a strategist, coach, or creative director? You’ll get leverage that compounds.

Here’s how I get 10x output from AI—without writing a single line of code:

1. I use AI to test ideas before I speak them. I roleplay hard conversations, draft scripts, and even rehearse pitches out loud in voice mode.

2. I design “intern mode” workflows. I delegate 80% of grunt work—summaries, first drafts, research—to AI and review only the final outputs.

3. I build custom GPTs for each major function. Marketing, sales, ops—each gets its own assistant with specific instructions and documents.

AI isn’t magic.

But it is force-multiplying magic if you build a system around it.

Curious: What’s your go-to AI use case that actually saves you time?
