Cofounder and CTO at Tau9 Labs, Chandler Gonzales builds tailored software for manufacturers tackling complex challenges where off-the-shelf tools fall short. His work centers on leveraging AI and custom systems to modernize industrial operations.

Previously, he led engineering at Logixboard, guiding the team through rapid growth from 10 to 40 engineers and launching key initiatives including a fintech payments platform and a rebuilt integrations engine that became the backbone of the company’s logistics software.

Earlier in his career, he contributed to Amazon’s large-scale content systems, co-founded Chemios (an automated cloud lab for chemistry research), and gained experience across multiple startups and enterprise environments. His work combines deep technical leadership with a builder’s mindset honed across logistics, manufacturing, and SaaS.
