With over three decades of experience, Gregor blends deep expertise in industrial design, mechanical engineering, UX, and product strategy to guide companies—from startups to Fortune 100s—through the full innovation lifecycle, from insight to impact.
Gregor has led the design and launch of groundbreaking products across highly regulated markets and emerging categories including wearable tech, medical devices, digital health, consumer electronics, and FMCG. His work emphasizes product-market fit, business viability, and human-centered design—and has been recognized with over 99 patents and awards including IDSA, Red Dot, and Good Design honors.
Prior to founding Loft, Gregor was Vice President of Strategy & Design at Altitude (now part of Accenture), and Global Design Director at inMusic Brands. He also served in leadership roles at A.T. Cross, Rollerblade, and KISKA, consistently redefining design language, building cross-functional teams, and shaping future-forward product platforms.
As an adjunct professor at RISD, Gregor continues to mentor the next generation of designers.
