As the founder and CEO of FifthRow (formerly U+), Jan has led the creation of a pioneering AI-integrated InnovationOps platform, dramatically accelerating the venture validation process for Fortune 500 companies—from months down to weeks. Under his leadership, FifthRow has successfully launched over 120 ventures, generating more than $2 billion in new market value.

In addition to FifthRow, Jan founded U+ Digital Ventures, a global innovation consultancy delivering transformative digital products in fintech, energy, healthcare, telecommunications, and automotive sectors. He is also actively involved in supporting early-stage startups and corporate innovation initiatives as a mentor at Google for Startups, the European Space Agency BIC, and WeWork Labs NYC.
