Mike is Founder and Managing Director of Egoless Consulting, a strategy and transformation firm focused on middle-market companies looking to achieve growth and efficiency outcomes via operations and AI reimagination. Previously, he spent six years as a Partner with BCG's Digital and AI group. With over 20  years of experience as a product and business leader in financial services and technology, Mike specializes in strategy, innovation, and growth with industry expertise in wealth management, insurance, and human capital management. His work extends to AI, venture building, and revenue acceleration.

Earlier in his career, Mike was part of the founding team at Workmarket, an enterprise SaaS HCM platform for contingent labor management. As Chief Product Officer, he guided the company through $30+ million in capital raising, growing to $60M in annual revenue, and a successful acquisition by ADP. Mike's professional journey also includes product leadership and strategy roles at GLG and Capital One.

Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Virginia.
