Ross Hale is the CEO of Artium, a software consultancy specializing in building AI native software and agentic systems.
In May 2025, Artium was named one of just 8 global solutions partners (and one of three in the US) to OpenAI.
With extensive experience in technology leadership roles, Ross served as Managing Director of the Southwest for Pivotal Software, Inc. from July 2012 through their $3 billion IPO in April 2018 before founding Artium in June 2019. Prior experiences include CTO and co-founder positions for venture backed startups, and hands on keyboard engineering roles. Ross began his professional journey as a Data Engineer at Business.com and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from UC Santa Barbara.
