I didn’t start in tech, and that’s exactly why my approach works. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by AI, because I’ve been there. I went from tech-skeptic to AI advocate not because it was trendy, but because I needed better, more sustainable ways to solve real problems.

With over 20 years of global experience, including healthcare, technology, government, and international organizations, I specialize in turning AI’s potential into outcomes that matter. My work bridges the gap between technical innovation and the real-world needs of people, teams, and systems, helping organizations build trust, reduce resistance, and unlock value.

I’ve spent a decade working across EMEA and LATAM, have a Master’s in International and Intercultural Management, and bring deep expertise in adaptability (AQ), emotional intelligence (EQ), and change management (SHRM-SCP).
