Bio

Stu Willson is the founder of Just Curious, an innovative AI content and education platform designed specifically to help small and mid-sized business (SMB) leaders practically and confidently adopt artificial intelligence. At Just Curious, Stu connects SMBs directly with world-class AI experts through structured interviews, actionable case studies, and clear, jargon-free insights—enabling leaders to leverage AI effectively to boost revenue growth, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage.

In addition to Just Curious, Stu co-founded Radicle, a leading expert-driven market research organization spun out of Dow Jones, focusing on startups, emerging markets, and the innovation economy. Radicle helps global corporations and investors uncover actionable insights and future-focused opportunities by leveraging deep expertise from pioneering entrepreneurs and startup leaders.

Stu is also the co-founder of Exsight, an expert network designed to democratize access to domain-specific knowledge, offering transparent pricing and rapid connections to industry experts. Exsight uniquely combines an extensive expert network with an AI-powered research and synthesis engine, providing businesses and investors tailored, efficient, and high-value insights.

Previously, Stu served as a Partner and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Prehype, a prominent NYC-based incubator that successfully launched numerous startups, including BARK (Barkbox), Ro, Managed by Q, and Every. His investment background includes co-founding Seven Locks Capital, where he played an instrumental role in growing assets under management to approximately $300 million, focusing primarily on consumer-facing businesses within media, entertainment, leisure, food & beverage, and healthcare sectors. Stu also held investor positions at Magnetar Capital and Weiss Multi-Strategy Advisers, specializing in highly-leveraged and distressed consumer industries.

Stu began his professional journey in healthcare investment banking at UBS Warburg, participating in transactions exceeding $1 billion. His early career included roles in economic consulting at Charles River Associates, where he honed his analytical and strategic skills.
