Exsight uniquely combines an extensive expert network with an AI-powered research and synthesis engine, providing businesses and investors tailored, efficient, and high-value insights.
Previously, Stu served as a Partner and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Prehype, a prominent NYC-based incubator that successfully launched numerous startups, including BARK (Barkbox), Ro, Managed by Q, and Every. His investment background includes co-founding Seven Locks Capital, where he played an instrumental role in growing assets under management to approximately $300 million, focusing primarily on consumer-facing businesses within media, entertainment, leisure, food & beverage, and healthcare sectors. Stu also held investor positions at Magnetar Capital and Weiss Multi-Strategy Advisers, specializing in highly-leveraged and distressed consumer industries.
Stu began his professional journey in healthcare investment banking at UBS Warburg, participating in transactions exceeding $1 billion. His early career included roles in economic consulting at Charles River Associates, where he honed his analytical and strategic skills.
